Trifle with brownie & salted caramel

Layer blocks of brownie with mascarpone cream and salted caramel made with sugar, cream, butter and a touch of Himalayan salt; finish with chopped almonds.

125 ml whipping cream

200 g sugar

75 ml water

75 g butter

125 ml whipping cream

2 tbsp. sugar

250 g mascarpone

2 small brownies or 1 large brownie (ready made)

Handful of roasted almonds chopped coarsely
