JOZO Himalaya Salt is a natural rock salt, formed millions of years ago beneath the Himalayan range. Its distinctive pink hue comes from iron oxide and other trace minerals, offering a mild, balanced flavour that enhances a variety of dishes.

Rock salt is mined from deep underground in the Khewra Salt Mines, located near the Himalayas. The large salt lumps are brought to the surface, then crushed and refined into various forms and sizes The salt is transported to our facilities in Europe, where it is further controlled and packed, ready for your kitchen.


The subtle mineral flavours, derived from trace minerals such as potassium, magnesium and calcium, add depth to its taste.
