These T&Cs express the entirety of Marieholm Salt Specialties’s obligations to the User with regard to the use of the Site.
The User acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs. The User has the option to save and edit these T&Cs using the standard features of their browser or computer.

2. The subsidiaries and other companies affiliated with UNISEL that are involved in the activities presented on this Site.
No element of the Site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, distorted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, on any medium, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Marieholm except for strictly personal, private, and non-commercial use, without modification of the elements present on the Site.
Any other use of the Site or its elements that is not expressly authorized constitutes an infringement of the rights of SALINS Group and is punishable as counterfeiting.

ARTICLE 7: FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure refers to any event beyond the control of either party, which could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time the contract was concluded and whose effects cannot be avoided by appropriate measures, preventing the performance of all or part of its obligations under the contract. Cases of force majeure or fortuitous events are those usually recognized by the jurisprudence of Swedish courts and tribunals.
Neither party shall be liable to the other party for any failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event. It is expressly agreed that force majeure shall suspend the performance of the parties’ reciprocal obligations and that each party shall bear the costs arising therefrom.
ARTICLE 8: INVALIDITY
If one or more provisions of these T&Cs are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, regulation, or following a decision that has become final by a competent court, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ARTICLE 9: CHANGES/MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS OF USE
The T&Cs apply for the entire duration of the Site’s online presence.
Marieholm reserves the right to modify, supplement, and/or update these T&Cs at any time. The new T&Cs shall come into force on the date they are posted on the Site.
It is therefore the User’s responsibility to regularly refer to the latest version of the T&Cs, which is permanently available on the Site. Any use of the Site after modification of the T&Cs constitutes acceptance by the User of the new T&Cs.
ARTICLE 10: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Both the Site and the T&Cs are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions that may apply in the country of residence of consumers.
Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Sweden.
