Side dish, serves 4, 30 mins.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
  2. Boil in plenty of water with JOZO fine salt with iodine for about 20 mins until tender.
  3. Drain, drizzle liberally with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

INGREDIENTS

  • JOZO fine salt with iodine
  • 1 kg mixed potatoes (Roseval, purple truffle and baby new potatoes)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Extra virgin olive oil
