DIRECTIONS
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
- Boil in plenty of water with JOZO fine salt with iodine for about 20 mins until tender.
- Drain, drizzle liberally with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

- 1 bunch parsley
- Extra virgin olive oil
