
JOZO Low Sodium Salt is a fine-textured salt blend with 70% less sodium than regular table salt. Enriched with potassium, it supports normal blood pressure and muscle function, making it a healthier choice for everyday seasoning. While it may taste slightly milder, it works well in everyday cooking. However, it’s not suitable for curing or pickling, due to the lack of any preservative effect.

Sodium chloride (regular table salt) is blended with potassium chloride to obtain a blend of 30% salt and 70% potassium. Furthermore, the table salt is iodized for additional nutritional value.
