Salt with iodine
The original Jozo salt from which all other Jozo salt derived. The name itself - Jozo - comes from the abbreviation of dutch iodine salts. The salt is enriched with iodine, which ensures that counteract the appearance of enlarged thyroid - known as goitre. It has a fine running form obtained with anti-block and free-flowing agents. The result is a problem-free, easy-to-use salt with unlimited shelf life. Iodine content, however, may reduce the long storage.
