Saltwater will loosen up stiff muscles, stimulate blood circulation and preventing cellulite. If you do not live by the sea, or are not eager to step into it like this in the middle of winter you can make a salt at home in the bathtub. It is very simple. Take 1-2 dl Jozo Crude salt without iodine. Drop of about 5 drops of essential oil (available at health food stores, Indian, The Body Shop, etc.) and mix well. Allow mixture to stand like a few days under a cover so that the salt to take the smell really well. Then pour it down smelling the salt in a bathtub with warm, plenty of water. Saltwater has a mild drying, streamlined effect, so if you have dry skin, it is good to drop a little oil in the water also, for example, bath oils or olive oil. Creep down and enjoy, preferably with a little candle light on the tub edge, a good book in sight and a lovely disc at low volume.
