Take 1-2 dl Jozo Crude salt without iodine. Drop of about 5 drops of essential oil (available at health food stores, Indian, The Body Shop, etc.) and mix well. Allow mixture to stand like a few days under a cover so that the salt to take the smell really well. Then pour it down smelling the salt in a bathtub with warm, plenty of water. Saltwater has a mild drying, streamlined effect, so if you have dry skin, it is good to drop a little oil in the water also, for example, bath oils or olive oil. Creep down and enjoy, preferably with a little candle light on the tub edge, a good book in sight and a lovely disc at low volume.
